Montage Group launches Emerging Artists Festival (EAF) to provide young artists live performance opportunities at its concert venue, Star Performing Arts Center in Fountain Valley. The purpose is to help identify and develop emerging young artists: composers, instrumentalists, vocalists and dancers, and connect them with the public audience.
Five concerts are scheduled during summer 2009.
Friday, Aug 14, 2009 – a Jazz concert (Evening)
Sat, Aug 15, 2009 – 2 Classical concerts with full orchestra (afternoon and evening) Sunday, Aug 16, 2009 – a Christian / Gospel concert (afternoon)
Sunday, Aug 16, 2009 – a Gala Showcase Performance (evening)
Montage Group will hold live and video auditions to select young artists (Advanced Pre-professional or Early Professional) to perform at the concerts. Master classes will be offered to the selected performers.
